Vacancies - HR & Budget Management Officer

| Duties & Responsibilities: |
|
- Supervise the activities of HR and Admin Section
- Process personnel matters/staff movement
- Interpretation and application of personnel policies and procedures
- Deal with and counsel staff on grievances etc.
- Liaise with external agencies on human resource matters and represent the Department in such matters as may be necessary.
- Compile relevant reports/statistics on a regular basis
- Advise Staff and Management on human resources related programs
- Prepare, implement and monitor human resources related programs
- Implement and maintain a computerized personnel data base.
- Any other cognate duties as may be assigned

| Minimum Entry Requirements: |
|
- Relevant Degree/Diploma
OR- Certificate in Human Resources/Personnel Management plus relevant satisfactory work experience
PLUS- Conversant with PSO, Employment Act and other related Employment Regulations
Computer literate and conversant with various software programs
|
